The recognition is another proud moment for the firm’s attorneys and staff, whose work has helped injured individuals and employees pursue justice throughout Southern California.

Harlan Hillier DiGiacco’s attorneys, Jordon Harlan, Andrew Hillier, and Francis DiGiacco, have dedicated their careers to representing people harmed by negligence and unlawful workplace conduct.

The firm handles cases involving serious car and truck accidents, defective products, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and workplace retaliation. Its attorneys have successfully challenged employers, insurance companies, and corporations on behalf of their clients.

One notable result was a $9.37 million jury verdict for a healthcare worker who was fired while taking protected leave to care for her disabled son. The verdict included compensatory and punitive damages and reflected the jury’s findings concerning the employer’s conduct.
